The ideal candidate will be from a reputable firm, ideally in the City of London with a following of work of c. 300k or more, and a focus on Employer work, or a mix of Employer and Employee. This is not a “head of” role, but will be working very closely with the head of department on business development.The current team of 4 fee earners plus admin support and 1 or 2 trainees are very collaborative and are looking to add to their market position. Working patterns are flexible but 3 days per week in the office is expected. Salary is negotiable, dependent on portable business and experience.
