About the role
4C Executive Placement are a leading executive search company, advising and supporting clients across all sectors to identify and appoint senior leaders into a range of executive and non-executive positions.
We strive to provide our clients with an exceptional level of service in the delivery of each project and in doing so utilise associates to supplement our established team and deliver on a number of key outputs, particularly during periods of high demand.
Responsibilities
Associates are client-facing and engage across the team to lead on executive search / recruitment projects from scoping initial requirements, defining search parameters, interviewing, presentation of shortlist and ongoing communication and advice to clients.
Qualifications
Ideally we are seeking highly experienced and credible HR or recruitment professionals with a significant track record of delivering senior level appointments, delivering a robust recruitment and selection methodology which reflects best practice and high touch engagement with senior stakeholders.
This is an adhoc role with built in flexibility and can be worked around other commitments.
