Brand Manager - OOH

Brand Manager - Out of Home (OOH) UK | FMCG / Food / Leicestershire We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Brand Manager to join a well established and much loved UK food brand, with responsibility for driving its brand presence across the Out of Home (OOH) channel. This is a hands on role where you'll own the OOH marketing plan and turn brand strategy, consumer insight and creativity into impactful campaigns and activations. The Role Own the OOH marketing plan from briefing through to execution and optimisation. Develop and deliver integrated digital, social, PR and OOH campaigns. Work closely with Sales and customers to create stand out activations and compelling sell-in stories. Manage external agencies and oversee campaign delivery. Lead marketing support for NPD launches, trade shows and key customer activity. Develop channel specific solutions to grow brand visibility and presence across OOH. Manage the OOH marketing budget and ensure strong return on investment. Own brand assets, packaging artwork, sales tools and marketing materials, ensuring everything is consistent and on brand. Present marketing plans and campaigns confidently to internal teams and external customers. About You You'll be an experienced Brand Marketer, ideally from an FMCG, food, retail or manufacturing environment, with experience delivering campaigns and working with agencies. You'll be: Creative and commercially minded, with the ability to turn insight into action. A confident storyteller and presenter who can bring brands to life. Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships. Organised, proactive and able to balance strategy with hands on execution.
