Leisure Centre Leader — Guest Experience & Safety

Away Resorts at Piperdam Leisure Resort in Dundee is seeking a Sports & Leisure Team Leader to supervise the leisure centre, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining safety.

You will recruit, train and motivate the team, monitor facility safety, manage customer transactions and bookings, and oversee cleaning, stock, and water quality where applicable. The role is 32 hours per week with park discounts and recognition rewards.
