Associate Quantity Surveyor

A growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of major Data Centre projects as well as some Infrastructure, Residential and Mixed-Use developments, while working closely with senior leadership and helping shape the future growth of the business. What you'll do Lead cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy. Manage valuations, cost reporting, change control and contracts. Act as a trusted adviser to clients on high-value projects. Mentor and develop junior surveyors. Support business development and client growth. What we're looking for Proven experience on large-scale construction projects. Strong pre and post-contract expertise. MRICS qualified, or working towards chartership. Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills. Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative approach. What's on offer? Up to £85,000 salary, bonus and benefits. Work on some of the UK's most complex and innovative developments.
