About the role

Attensi is a gamified simulation training company based in London. We are seeking a Business Development Director to focus on the Pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, leveraging our proven playbook the ‘Attensi way of Selling’
  • Prospecting, generating leads and increasing awareness and knowledge about Attensi in the professional services space through attending industry events and exhibitions, hosting webinars etc.
  • Mapping and specifying organisational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers
  • Working closely with our Customer Success team who provide operational support for our customers as well as work with them to explore upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with the broader Attensi commercial team and overall organisation to develop best practices and grow the organisation

Qualifications

  • BSc degree or higher
  • Client‑facing Pharmaceutical / medical devices experience, either through new business sales, account management, account direction, or strategic roles within those organisations, e.g. Product Manager
  • Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients alike to become a trusted partner at both a professional and personal level
  • At least 5+ years' work experience
  • Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations
  • Experience managing, growing or developing relationships with large Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices clients, whether through new logo acquisition, account growth, or long‑term strategic partnerships
