About The Client: We are working with a primary school in the London Borough of Havering where children love to come and learn. The school are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA to support a girl on a 1:1 basis. As a Year 3 SEN TA, you would be supporting a girl who has Autism and complex needs. The successful Year 3 SEN TA will have bags of creativity and energy for stimulating and engaging the child. Key Responsibilities for the Year 3 SEN TA: * Support a child on a 1:1 basis as a Year 3 SEN TA * Understanding of Autism * Differentiate activities as required * Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development Required Skills and Qualifications for the Year 3 SEN TA: * Prior experience working as a Year 3 SEN TA * Experience in supporting pupils with complex needs * Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups * Willingness to work part of a team * Safeguarding training How to Apply: If you are a passionate Year 3 SEN TA and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
