Responsibilities

  • Focus a substantial portion of your time collaborating directly with Tax Partners to deliver technical, bespoke tax advisory services to both existing and new clients.
  • Oversee a high‑profile portfolio of key corporate clients, taking ultimate accountability for their compliance processes and maintaining proactive, strategic engagement through regular client meetings.
  • Assist in strategically managing the corporate tax team by championing the voice of team members, leading performance appraisals, and delivering advanced coaching on technical assignments.
  • Conduct high‑level technical research into complex, evolving areas of tax legislation to solve sophisticated client issues and continually elevate departmental quality.

Qualifications

  • Hold a full professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate extensive, proven Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax leadership experience in an Associate Director or senior management capacity within a professional practice environment.
  • Exhibit strong, advanced technical knowledge with a specialised capability to research, interpret, and apply complex tax legislation to niche commercial scenarios.
  • Possess broad cross‑sector exposure, with a distinct advantage in managing diverse corporate client portfolios across multiple industry sectors.
