Consumer Electronics Retail Manager - (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Central London Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum + Incentives Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Hours: 40 hours per week, fully flexible Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for technology, customer experience, and team development? We are looking for an inspirational Store Manager to lead a flagship retail operation within one of London's most prestigious retail environments. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile store, driving commercial performance while creating an exceptional customer and employee experience. The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading a management team and a team of employees. You will inspire success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team Driving sales performance and delivering against store KPIs Managing scheduling, resource planning, and operational processes Communicating business objectives and strategic initiatives clearly across the team Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business Leading weekly management meetings and reviewing commercial results Supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and people development Creating an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture About You We're looking for someone who can combine commercial awareness with outstanding people leadership.
