The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading a management team and a team of employees. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team Driving sales performance and delivering against store KPIs Managing scheduling, resource planning, and operational processes Communicating business objectives and strategic initiatives clearly across the team Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business Leading weekly management meetings and reviewing commercial results Supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and people development Creating an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture About You We're looking for someone who can combine commercial awareness with outstanding people leadership.
