Passionate Primary Educator – EYFS / KS1

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Early Years / KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Camden. About the Role:
This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about early learning and child development, with a strong understanding of the EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 curriculum. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a love of learning through engaging, creative, and child-centred teaching.

Person Specification:
Holds QTS, with ECTs warmly encouraged to apply
Passionate about Early Years and/or KS1 education
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
Strong understanding of the EYFS and/or KS1 curriculum
Creative, engaging, and able to deliver inspiring lessons
Committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of every child
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Dedicated to ongoing professional development and collaborative workingKey Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners
Create a safe, stimulating, and positive classroom environment
Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider school community
