Chef de Partie (CDP) – Busy Hotel Restaurant Watford Expected earnings: £39,245 per annum (inclusive of service charge) + excellent hotel benefits Permanent | Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a thriving kitchen team within a busy hotel restaurant in the heart of Watford. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and classic techniques. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting services of up to 200 covers, where consistency and attention to detail are key. You’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring smooth service while maintaining the highest culinary standards. This role would suit a driven and reliable chef looking to progress within a supportive and professional brigade.
