Job Title: Experienced Bench Hand Joiner (Temp to Perm) Location: Denton Pay Rate: £16-£18 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Temporary to Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join our team, working on high-quality bespoke joinery projects. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong background in workshop-based joinery. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing bespoke joinery items to a high standard Working from technical drawings and specifications Producing fittings for bars, restaurants, kitchens, and bathrooms Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Assembling and finishing products in the workshop Ensuring all work meets quality and deadline expectations Requirements Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery and workshop practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools High attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (£16-£18 DOE) Opportunity for permanent employment Ongoing, varied bespoke projects Supportive workshop environment
