Warehouse Operative Location: Aldershot Hours: Core hours 8am-5pm (flexible shifts available e.g. 9am-6pm) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary ongoing Pay rate: £13.50 per hour We're recruiting a proactive Warehouse Operative for a growing warehouse operation based in Aldershot. Hours & Pay Core hours: 8am-5pm (flexibility considered, e.g. 9am-6pm) Full-time, Temporary ongoing £13.50 per hourWhat's On Offer 28 days holiday- including bank holiday 10% off pure gym membership Access to online benefits platform for discounts on everyday spending Real input into how the warehouse operates and improves Long-term progression as the team continues to growThe Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will: Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders (typically (Apply online only) orders per day as a team) Support store replenishment orders Assist with unloading and checking incoming stock (often large volumes) Put stock away accurately and help to keep the warehouse organised and tidy Use your initiative to suggest improvements to processes, layout and efficiency Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider team to meet daily targets and deadlinesAbout You We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision.
