Key Responsibilities
Lead integrated planning across multiple project levels ensuring alignment and consistency
Develop and maintain logic-linked schedules aligned to WBS structures
Analyse risks and opportunities to inform planning strategy and delivery
Produce timely, accurate planning reports for key stakeholders
Challenge and optimise project delivery sequences and baseline schedules
Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Monitor and manage trend and change processes within schedules
Integrate MEH scope into wider project planning frameworks
Ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures
Support continuous improvement through lessons learned
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline – Mechanical or Electrical bias
Proven planning experience in MEH works within regulated industries
Strong knowledge of integrated planning methodologies
Expertise in planning and project controls software
Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interfaces
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with a structured approach
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
