Job description: Site Manager – New Build Self Storage Project Location: Welwyn Garden City Rate: £280 – £300 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build self-storage development in Welwyn Garden City. This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on a well-defined project involving a steel frame structure with aluminium sheet panel installation and a straightforward fit-out of communal areas. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades Overseeing construction of steel frame and external cladding systems Managing health & safety on site and ensuring compliance with regulations Monitoring programme, progress, and quality of works Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Ensuring works are delivered on time and within scope Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar new build projects Strong knowledge of steel frame construction and cladding systems Valid SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid certification Excellent organisational and communication skills If you are a proactive Site Manager with relevant experience and are available to start, we would like to hear
