Maintenance Electrician

Electrician Required Job Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Industry: Facilities Management Location: Shetland Salary: Competitive + Relocation Package Available JOB DESCRIPTION: Electrician required for a leading Facilities Management company to carry out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance on a large commercial building in Lerwick, Shetland. Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Electrician to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (38.75 hours per week), with participation in an on-call rota. Daily responsibilities will include: Planned and reactive electrical maintenance Electrical testing, inspections and fault finding Completing NICEIC documentation and reports Working safely in line with health & safety regulations Using PDA/tablet systems to manage workloads Supporting permit-to-work systems and site compliance Assisting wider FM teams when required Maintaining plant, equipment and building services Requirements for the role: City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition Experience working within Facilities Management or critical environments Knowledge of EMS and BMS systems Experience carrying out electrical testing and certification Strong health & safety awareness Good IT skills What's on offer: Competitive salary Relocation package available 33 days holiday Pension & life assurance Long-term permanent position Excellent opportunities for progressionIf interested or want to hear more, please send your CV today.
