Early Career Teacher Opportunities

Salary: £130–£150 per day

We work with schools across areas including Oldham town centre, Chadderton, Royton, Shaw, Saddleworth, Failsworth, and surrounding communities. What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering engaging and structured lessons across the primary curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
Working closely with staff to support both academic progress and pupil wellbeing
Developing your teaching practice through hands-on classroom experience
We’re Looking For:
Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine commitment to inclusive and high-quality education
