Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembly Technician to support ongoing production builds. This role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows processes carefully, and takes pride in delivering high-quality assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electrical components using detailed instructions
Work from digital build guides to complete structured tasks
Prepare and organise parts for assembly
Identify and report any issues with parts or builds
Use hand tools correctly, including torque tools to specification
Assist with basic wiring and cable routing
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Communicate clearly with team leaders and engineers when raising issues
About You
Ideally 1+ year of hands-on experience in a technical or assembly environment (e.g. automotive, motorsport, aerospace, production)
Strong practical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable following step-by-step instructions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good awareness of health & safety practices
Desirable
Experience in structured production environments
Confidence using a range of hand tools
Basic understanding of electrical assembly
