Junior EPOS Field Technician (Full Training Provided)

About the role We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Junior EPOS Field Technician. This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same. You will install and support EPOS (cash register) systems for a variety of businesses. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. Key responsibilities * Install EPOS systems at customer sites * Set up basic networks (routers, WiFi, cabling) * Test systems and ensure everything is working correctly * Provide friendly on-site customer support * Troubleshoot basic technical issues * Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle What we’re looking for * Basic understanding of computers or technology * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills * Good communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence (required) * Reliable and responsible attitude What we offer * Full training — no experience needed * Company car provided * Fixed hours: 10:00–17:00 (no late shifts or weekends) * Practical, hands-on work (not office-based) * Opportunity to grow into a higher-paid technical role Salary: £24,000 + bonus (OTE £28,000+) Bonus opportunities You will have the opportunity to earn additional income by: * Recommending our services to new customers * Assisting with sales during installations or support visits Why join us?
