Labourer

ES Recruit are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join an established business based in Stockport. The role involves supporting daily site operations, maintaining high housekeeping standards, assisting production processes, and overseeing a small team. This position requires flexibility, strong organisation skills, and a positive approach to working in a fast-paced setting. Who This Role Would Suit This role would suit someone with previous labouring or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a busy factory environment. It is ideal for an individual who can work well independently and as part of a team, communicates effectively at all levels, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Carry out general housekeeping and labouring duties across the site, including cleaning, waste removal, and basic maintenance tasks. Support production operations by moving products and equipment between manufacturing stages. Supervise and support a small team of labourers to ensure efficient daily operations. Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and 5S practices throughout the factory.
