About the Company You will be joining a well-capitalised, quality-led care provider operating purpose-built, premium homes. The organisation is focused on long-term sustainability, strong governance, and empowering General Managers to run their services with integrity and accountability. Key Responsibilities • Hold full accountability for care quality, compliance, occupancy, team engagement, and financial performance. • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary management team to deliver consistently high standards of care and hospitality. • Drive occupancy and reputation through proactive leadership, community engagement, and collaboration with sales teams. • Maintain strong regulatory relationships and ensure the home achieves and sustains high inspection outcomes. About You • Registered Nurse is ideal, or extensive nursing home management experience • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within care, healthcare, or a comparable regulated environment. • Demonstrable experience managing large teams and full operational and financial accountability. • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or equivalent, completed or in progress.
