Location: Winchester area (Outdoor Nursery Setting)
Salary: Up to £29,670 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: Full Time | Monday–Friday
Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Educator / Practitioner to join a unique outdoor nursery setting in the Winchester area.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in ensuring children feel safe, supported, and inspired every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Support a child-centred approach to learning and development
* Identify and maximise learning opportunities throughout daily routines
* Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
* Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and wellbeing
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working across Early Years age groups
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning
