A genuine interest in supporting the education and development of young people.Key responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Ensure students stay on task and follow the lesson plan provided. Support students with their learning and answer any questions where needed. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment in line with school behaviour policies.
