The Role: Depending on the school, responsibilities may include: Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 in some settings) Planning and delivering engaging, structured Maths lessons Marking, assessment, and tracking pupil progress Supporting pupils of mixed abilities to achieve strong outcomes Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and engagement Contributing positively to the Maths department and wider school community Who We're Keen to Hear From: Qualified Maths Teachers with QTS/QTLS (essential) ECTs seeking the right school for their first permanent role Experienced teachers looking for progression, stability, or a fresh environment Teachers relocating to or within the Southampton area Maths specialists confident teaching GCSE (any exam board)You don't need to have resigned or be actively applying - this is about planning ahead and finding the right fit.
