Senior Surveyor – Retail & Leisure Location: Birmingham Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Hours: Full-time A leading independent property consultancy is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join its growing Retail & Leisure team in Birmingham. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage of growth, with the current team sitting at just 2 people within a well-established person office. The business is heavily investing in this division, with clear plans to scale significantly, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping and developing the function. Key Responsibilities: Support the growth and development of the Retail & Leisure division. Manage and advise on a diverse portfolio of retail and leisure assets. Build and maintain strong client relationships across the sector. Assist in developing strategy and identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with wider teams across the consultancy. Support and mentor junior team members as the division grows. What we’re looking for: Experience within a property consultancy, ideally within Retail & Leisure. Strong understanding of the commercial property market. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service. Commercially aware with an interest in business development. Ambitious and motivated to be part of a high-growth team. MRICS qualified (or working towards) preferred.
