Senior BMS Engineer Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 25 Days Annual Leave + Career Progression Opportunities Location: Northwest My client is seeking an experienced Senior BMS Engineer / Commissioning Engineer to join their growing team, based in the Northwest. Role Overview: This Senior BMS Engineer role is suited to someone with a strong track record in the design and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS), who is confident working independently. A solid understanding of BMS and associated equipment is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, and commission HVAC control systems and BMS software, with a particular focus on platforms such as Tridium and Trend Develop and write software and graphics from mechanical designs Work across a range of communication protocols including BACnet, SIP, and Modbus Key Requirements: Proven experience commissioning Building Management Systems Strong expertise in Trend systems, with knowledge of Distech and Niagara (N4) highly desirable Experience with BACnet, SIP, and Modbus protocols advantageous Valid CSCS/ECS or JIB registration (ECS BMS Technician card preferred) Full UK driving licence Person Specification: Hardworking and committed to both personal and company success Adaptable, flexible, and open to learning new technologies Able to work independently as well as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior BMS Engineer to further develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
