We’re seeking a high-calibre Corporate Sales Manager who brings both maturity and commercial edge. You’ll be confident engaging CEOs, MDs, and C-suite decision-makers across high-net-worth, SME, FTSE, and blue-chip environments, with the ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results. This is more than a membership sales role – we’re looking for someone who has successfully operated in the private sector, understands B2B relationship-building, and can leverage partnerships to generate growth and retention. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic, and consultative – able to inspire confidence and build long-term relationships. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the growth of the membership base, through the design and delivery of a high-performing business development strategy. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting new members—working alongside the Membership Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding and long-term relationship. Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in a B2B or membership context.
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship management skills at senior and C-suite level.
Confident managing sales pipelines, CRM systems, and performance reporting.
Commercial acumen and the ability to align member needs with organisational value.
Experience working cross-functionally to deliver strategic goals and meet performance targets.
Creative and commercially aware, with a collaborative approach to developing and improving member-facing processes.
