Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 per annum (M1 – U3)

Start Date: 02 September 2026
Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to U3.
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join a thriving and high-performing all-through school in Redbridge. This full-time role will see you take responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons while supporting pupils as they progress through their primary education.
You will play a key role in helping pupils build strong foundations, ensuring a smooth transition in their learning journey while maintaining high expectations for both behaviour and attainment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for a Year 3 class
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils academic progress and personal development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where needed
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching within KS1
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for raising attainment and supporting all learners
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
