We’re recruiting an event sous chef to join a progressive and fun catering business, working primarily from their central Bristol hub. This is a 40-hour-per-week role, with rotas that vary to suit the business — mainly daytime shifts, with some evenings and weekends required for events.
This sous chef role offers genuine variety. One day you could be delivering high-end directors’ dinners, the next supporting a fast‑paced pizza service, with opportunities to work across sites throughout the South West when needed — while Bristol remains your main base.
