Foreman

A well-established and highly regarded main contractor, is currently looking to appoint an experienced Foreman to support the delivery of an 8-storey residential project in Manchester. This is a key site-based role, working closely with the Project Manager to drive the internal finishing stages of the scheme through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day internal finishing activities on site Coordinate subcontractors across trades such as drylining, joinery, M&E, and decorating Monitor progress and ensure works are aligned with project timelines Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all activities Carry out quality inspections, snagging, and handover preparation Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner Provide regular updates to site managementThe Candidate: Proven experience as a Foreman on similar projects Strong background in internal finishing stages, Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades effectively SMSTS or SSSTS certification requiredBuilding Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment.
