Lead HR Advisor 📍 Fareham 💷 Salary: £33,670 We're working with a well-established organisation in Fareham who are looking for a confident Lead HR Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with Employee Relations while also stepping into a leadership-facing role. You'll be working closely with two HR Advisors and acting as a key point of contact for managers on all things ER. What you'll be doing: Leading on a wide range of Employee Relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance) Providing clear, practical guidance to managers on UK Employment law Supporting and mentoring two HR Advisors, helping develop their capability Partnering with stakeholders to improve people processes and consistency across both sites Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and effectively What we're looking for: Solid ER experience with confidence managing cases end-to-end, preferably CIPD level 5 Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice Natural leadership qualities - able to support, guide, and influence others A proactive, approachable style with strong communication skills Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment What's in it for you: Opportunity to step into a lead role with real influence Supportive HR team environment Competitive salary of £33,670 plus benefits If you're ready to take the next step in your HR career and want a role where you can really make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
