Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll oversee the full journey of goods from supplier through to production, warehousing, and customer delivery. This Supply Chain Manager role is hands-on and varied, working closely with multiple departments and external partners to ensure everything lands where it should, when it should. You’ll be the kind of Supply Chain Manager who can spot issues early, adapt quickly, and keep things on track during peak periods. Key responsibilities as a Supply Chain Manager: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inbound materials, storage, and distribution Develop and maintain supply chain plans aligned with seasonal demand and production schedules Work closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure stock availability Manage logistics providers, including freight and courier partners Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation Monitor deliveries, resolve delays, and maintain strong service levels Set and manage stock levels across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods Oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counts within warehouse systems Track KPIs such as OTIF, lead times, and transport costs Identify and drive improvements across processes, cost, and efficiency Essential skills for a Supply Chain Manager: Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager, logistics, or operations role Strong understanding of stock control and supply chain systems Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems Confident working across departments and with external partners Strong organisational and analytical skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal manufacturing environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel What’s on offer for this Supply Chain Manager role: Opportunity to join a growing and stable business Autonomy to make a real impact in the role Supportive team environmentIf you’re an experienced Supply Chain Manager who wants to be part of a business that values precision, people, and progress, apply directly or call Kate at Holt Engineering on (phone number removed) for more information
