Project Director

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a flagship education development in Bath, forming part of a major £100m+ construction scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established main contractor delivering a landmark project, taking full responsibility for programme, commercial performance, operational delivery, and client management from pre-construction through to handover. The Role As Project Director, you will be responsible for: Leading the overall delivery strategy for a large-scale education project Managing site delivery teams and senior operational staff Driving programme, quality, and health & safety performance Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Overseeing commercial performance alongside the commercial team Ensuring all project objectives are achieved on time and within budget Providing leadership across all phases of the construction lifecycle Requirements To be considered, you must have: Proven experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors Track record delivering projects valued at £50m+ Strong education sector experience (preferred) Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong contractual and commercial awareness Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent) SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Package Competitive basic salary Car allowance / company vehicle Pension Bonus Private healthcare Additional company benefits For a confidential discussion, apply today or contact us directly.
