Counter Sales Assistant

Kinetic Recruitment are working with a well-established ventilation business based in Denton, who are looking to bring in a Counter Sales Assistant to join their team. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role covering counter sales, driving, warehouse duties, and basic administration, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with future progression into Assistant Branch Manager for the right person. Role: * Serving customers on the trade counter and processing sales * Supporting internal and external customers with product enquiries * Carrying out driving duties for deliveries and collections where required * Assisting with warehouse operations including goods in/out and stock control * Completing basic administrative tasks to support branch operations * Supporting overall branch efficiency and daily workflow * Working as part of a small team to ensure smooth operations Requirements: * Strong work ethic and hands-on approach (essential) * Previous experience in a trade counter, warehouse, or similar environment * Good communication and customer service skills * Willingness to learn product knowledge and develop within the role * Ability to multitask across different areas of the business * Full UK driving licence preferred Details: * Salary £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience * Opportunity for progression into Assistant Branch Manager * Full training provided on products and systems * Supportive team environment * Long-term opportunity within a growing business If this sounds like a suitable role for you and you're looking for a hands-on position with genuine long-term progression, then please apply with an up-to-date CV.
