Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Kidderminster Salary: £52,149 per annum + overtime (earnings up to £60,000+) Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) Join a well-established heavy industry manufacturer as a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will come from a heavy‑industry manufacturing background and will have experience working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Fitter, Mechanical Technician or Shift Engineer, maintaining large industrial plant in a safety‑critical environment. About You: Mechanically biased maintenance engineer A Level 3 qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline Experience within manufacturing / heavy industry environments Diagnostics experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and drive systems Arc & MIG welding and basic fabrication Knowledge of cutting and grinding regulations Bearing fitting and alignment experience Ready to take the next step?
