Production Operative

Our highly reputable client based in Lisburn are recruiting for a Production Operative to join their team. Position: Production Operative Location: Lisburn Duration: Temporary full time (37.5 hpw) Starting Salary: £12.71 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm (30 minute lunch, 15 x 2 breaks) Benefits: 25 days holidays + 9 statutory holidays, Company Pension 4% contribution, Sick pay Duties: Previous experience with operating similar machinery advantageous Working within a secure environment Working to tight customer SLA's / KPI's Attention to detail and confidentiality Good communication skills As a key member of the team you will help to assist in various key production processes during the finishing stages and will also help ensure; The quality of the product is of a high standard Health & Safety standards are adhered to All administration / record keeping is accurate Equipment is maintained and Good house keeping Essential Criteria: A keen eye and attention to detail and confidentiality Good communication skills Previous experience working in a similar environment Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in digital print machinery or guillotine advantageous Ashton Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business Skills: production manufacturing print Benefits: on site parking
