About the role
Our client is seeking a Scheduler to join their busy and supportive planning team. This is working for a leading brand trusted by some of the world’s leading hospitality, catering and foodservice businesses.
You’ll work in a team of four and play a key role in coordinating and allocating work for around 65 field-based Service and Installation Technicians, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and customer needs are met on time.
Key Responsibilities for a Scheduler:
* Allocating technicians for repairs required.
* Ensuring calls requiring further work are checked and updated in a timely manner.
* Planning with Technicians for return visits within 48 hours to an SLA.
* Liaising with internal colleagues within the other service support teams.
* Managing expectations of clients or when repairs/ servicing will be completed.
Key Skills for a Scheduler:
* Experience in a planning and/or scheduling focused role.
* Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks
* Team Player.
