Key Responsibilities * Import Operations: Manage the full ocean import lifecycle, from initial booking through to final arrival and delivery. * Carrier Liaison: Coordinate directly with shipping lines and local hauliers to ensure smooth transit and timely container collections. * Customs Handling: Prepare and manage import documentation and clearances with a sharp eye for UK regulatory compliance. * Customer Care: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive, real-time updates and expert problem-solving. * Financial Tracking: Oversee job costing and invoicing to ensure every file is as profitable as it is efficient.
