The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for: * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings * Working in high-end / aesthetically focused environments (hospitality, commercial spaces) * Fault finding, testing, and remedial works * Attending call-outs as part of a 1 in 13 rota * Completing reports and job sheets to a high standard * Building strong relationships with clients on-site Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) * AM2 Qualification * Experience in commercial maintenance environments * Full UK driving licence (manual) * Willingness to participate in call-out rota; 1 in 13 What You’ll Get * £42,000 – £48,000 basic salary * Call-out rota (1 in 13) * Optional / occasional overtime * Company van & fuel card * 21 days holiday + bank holidays * Social events & supportive team culture * Long-term stability and job security Location Commutable from: Epsom, Sutton, Croydon, Kingston, Guildford, South London & surrounding areas
