The Role: Reporting to the Boutique Manager and part of a team of 7 Be the driving force behind boutique sales , delivering a five-star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients. Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling. Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach. Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation. Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships. Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time. Ideal Candidate: ~3+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior Stylist or Senior Sales Consultant. ~ A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets . ~ Your own HNW client book and the drive to keep growing it. ~ A passion for fashion , with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials. ~ A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment. ~ Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player. Additional to the basic salary: £35K–£42K ~2–3% commission on sales + monthly performance bonus ~ Generous clothing allowance + 50–75% staff discount ~ Contributory pension & additional benefits
