This is a dynamic, rewarding role where you’ll build relationships, manage risk, and ensure the best outcomes for children and families. 🔍 Key Responsibilities * Undertake assessments in line with GIRFEC principles * Manage a caseload including Child Protection, CIN, and Looked After Children * Develop and review care plans and interventions * Carry out risk assessments and safeguarding work * Work closely with families, carers, and multi-agency partners * Attend and contribute to case conferences and reviews * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records ✅ What we’re looking for * Qualified Social Worker * Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) * Recent experience within Children & Families / Safeguarding teams * Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and practice in Scotland * Confident managing complex caseloads * Excellent communication and organisational skills 📩 Interested?
