An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a well-regarded Property Litigation team at a respected law firm.

The Opportunity

Joining an experienced Property Litigation team, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload while receiving ongoing support and training from experienced practitioners. The role offers excellent opportunities for development and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes

Advising on landlord and tenant matters

Supporting on possession claims and lease disputes

Assisting with boundary disputes, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants

Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications

Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting senior members of the team on complex matters

About You

Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly

A strong interest in Property Litigation

Excellent communication and client care skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
