D365 HR Consultant

Dynamics 365 HR Consultant (Contract) - Outside IR35 | 3-6 Months | £550-£650/day (London) We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to support and improve a live HR system within D365 Finance & Operations (HR module). This hands-on role focuses on stabilising the system, resolving issues, optimising configuration, and documenting processes following the departure of internal specialists. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (workflows, automations, integrations, DocuSign) Configure and optimise D365 HR / F&O setup Conduct discovery and document processes, configurations, and integrations Run stakeholder workshops and act as a bridge between business and technical teams Train internal staff and provide clear knowledge transfer Support integrations with external systems and Power Automate (desirable)Key Skills Strong experience with Dynamics 365 HR / F&O Functional and technical expertise with hands-on configuration Proven experience in live system support/stabilisation Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skillsDesirable Power Automate, DocuSign, and CRM/onboarding integrations experience Experience with HR system transitions or replacementsDynamics 365 HR Consultant (Contract) - Outside IR35 | 3-6 Months | £550-£650/day (London)
