Factory Shift Supervisor (Hands-On Role) - Waterlooville
Salary: up to £14.00 per hour dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm 7.5 hours a day
Location: Waterlooville
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

V3 is recruiting for an experienced Factory Shift Supervisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Havant. This is a hands-on role that involves both supervising a team and actively contributing to production tasks. A good level of physical fitness is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting packers
Performing reel changes
Unjamming machines
Conducting quality checks
Reviewing and completing production paperwork
Packing trays
