Learning Support Assistants (SEMH) – Carshalton (SM5) UES1 Location: Carshalton, SM5 Pay: £117.74 per day Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting 2–3 experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within a specialist setting supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for candidates who are confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and committed to making a positive impact. Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs * Support behaviour regulation using de-escalation strategies * Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils * Assist with learning activities and classroom engagement * Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals Requirements: * Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs * Strong behaviour management skills * Resilient, patient, and proactive approach * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (UDS) – essential * Available for an immediate start What We Offer: * Competitive daily rate (£117.74) * Supportive team environment
