Growth Leader, Social & Creator Advocacy

Sigma is hiring a Head of Growth, Social in the United Kingdom to transform social media into a robust growth engine. This role will involve owning Sigma Public and developing strategies for community engagement and advocacy.

The successful applicant will implement programs that leverage employee-created content and social channels to significantly increase user engagement and drive inbound traffic. Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B social media and community management are preferred.
