Maintenance Engineer Location Pudsey Salary £37,000 - £45,000 Shift Permanent Nights Job Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established automotive manufacturing company based in Pudsey. The business is continuing to grow and invest heavily into the site and is looking for a strong Maintenance Engineer to support production and engineering operations on a permanent nights shift. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of packaging and production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency across the site. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable nights-based role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Sector Automotive Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing Electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding experience Ability to work permanent nights Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Strong understanding of production machinery and manufacturing environments Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Carrying out PPMs and breakdown repairs Fault finding on production and packaging machinery Supporting continuous improvement activities Maintaining accurate engineering records Working effectively as part of the engineering team Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Packaging industry experience Engineering qualifications Multi-skilled engineering background Conveyor or automated machinery experience CNC Machinery experience  If you are interested in this Maintenance Engineer position and would like to find out more, please apply with an updated CV.
