About the role
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize process workflows to improve equipment productivity and resource utilization.
- Lead site relocation and renovation projects, managing risks and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Plan and optimize sortation center layouts based on business needs, and continuously improve processes and equipment configuration.
- Develop operational plans and use data analysis to support goal achievement and decision-making.
- Master core technologies of intelligent sorting equipment, troubleshoot common failures, and drive automation upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient and stable equipment operation.
- Respond quickly to equipment failures and emergencies, executing contingency plans and on-site handling.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years in smart equipment and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in process design and management of intelligent sorting systems.
