Job Title: Assembly Operative Location: Nuneaton Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing Job Description: Our client based in Nuneaton is currently looking to recruit Assembly Operatives to join their team. Duties include: * Assembling parts, components, and sub-assemblies * Working with colleagues to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of components and finished goods * Following work instructions and maintaining a clean and organised work area Requirements: * Reliable, with a strong record of attendance and punctuality * Flexible and eager to learn, with a positive approach to problem-solving * Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, sometimes heavy-duty environment This role may suit candidates with experience in: * Warehouse operations * Order picking and packing * Dispatching and pallet wrapping * Factory or production line work * FLT or LLOP experience If you’re a team player looking for ongoing work and meet the above requirements, we’d love to hear from you.
