Interim Policy Director (12 Months FTC) Hybrid – City of London | £100,000K-£120,000 Membership Bespoke are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious international professional body to appoint an experienced Interim Policy Director . This is a senior strategic role for an accomplished policy leader with extensive experience influencing government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders on a global scale. You will lead the organisation’s policy agenda – developing strategy, shaping external positions, and ensuring the voice of members and the wider sector is effectively represented across key markets. Designing and implementing a policy strategy. Building strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, and government departments. Leading responses to consultations and drafting policy briefings and position papers. Managing high-level advocacy campaigns to influence policy outcomes internationally. Engaging with members and stakeholders to shape policy priorities. Leading a high-performing policy team and contributing to overall organisational leadership. You will bring senior-level experience in international policy or public affairs, ideally within a membership, regulatory, or not-for-profit context.
